Jean O’Dell Learning Center (formerly known as Polk Life and Learning Center) is located in the small, historic town of Bartow, Florida. Our school is nestled between Bartow High School, Bartow Middle School and Floral Avenue Elementary School. We are an Exceptional Student Education school that serves students with significant cognitive disabilities. Students attend our school from Bartow as well as our neighboring cities of Winter Haven, South Lakeland, Mulberry, Ft. Meade, Lake Wales, and Frostproof. We serve exceptional education students from age 5 to 22 years old.
